over the last few weeks i have been working on the business side of things including, policies and procedures. what have a learnt from that. Never get a friend to work for You cos it will invariably not work.
I have been going thru all the work that was created by this person, and re-doing it simply because they were not completed. Now she thinks she is work the 4200 she is demanding for payment, we of course are objecting to it. But in the end.. wht do we get.. no more friendship.. that's down the tubes, resentment from both ends cos of money and lack of work, and me thinking never will that be repeated.
