I haven’t written for a while because once again work has been busy. C - my manager went to sydney for a funeral, and she declared that i was the head person whilst she was gone, and my co-manager S. did not like that.

He made sure he had .. metaphorically speaking, pissed on all the markers to ensure that everyone know he was around and making himself boss. Even tho there was advice to the contrary.

Ultimately, he elected to phone me when it was my support shift weekend, and tell me.. or M. that he was going to be around if i needed him, now that he was done working and would in an emergency be available. I was driving so i didn’t take the call. This apparently annoyed him.

When C. got back, he told her a whole pack of lies about me. That I had not returned any of his calls or messages, than the only calls that I answered were the times he had blocked his number from my view, and that I was refusing to talk to him, and spoke through mark to me because i was too rude to pick up the phone, conveniently forgetting that i was driving at the time.

There are some issues i guess that need to be addressed so.. blah.

I dislike work place politics. How hard is it to just work? less of the ego, more effort into making life easier for customers and staff.
