Day’s of my life!
As requested by Tanny, I will update the latest gossip about work.
Well, on the job hunting front, I had my second interview with the phone company and seemed to do OK.. I of course don’t think I nailed the interview.. they asked a few interesting questions, and I didn’t hear back from them today.. So I hope I hear from them tomorrow. Please cross fingers.. they also said that the positions might be full time, and was I interested in that, which I was, so I said yes and tried to play it cool. I had coffee afterwards with a lovely girl named Kiki - she also was one of the people interviewed today, i hope that we both get work there, we got on really well.
So that’s the fun stuff out of the way - I worked for dad this afternoon, and more filing.. that’s all I am at the moment. A big filer! When I worked at UWA, there was a wall of cupboards and a big book which had filing categories etc and i’d say about 40% of my time there was filing the endless streams of paper that came through the office. The rest of the time was admin work - typing, student enquiries and photocopying.. *scream*
OK.. more stuff about BONPA, X told me that PT had a long long talk. It appears as though I am next on the hitlist. The cut of my hours apparently was too “convenient” and they thought I would be ditching work.. which is right, but not on their terms. The issues I had with PT, were discussed with Godiva, who told BONPA, so BONPA thinks that PT and I aren’t best buds.. which is true.. but the stuff discussed, made me sick.. that everything I might have said or done has been repeated back to the evil bitch. Oh.. I should mention that X was told by CEO that her payout was in danger because she was working for a rival.. and that CEO found out through BONPA, and she was told by… Godiva. Nice one.
PT and I happened to talk yesterday.. (she was WeakestLink) and after that chat, where i found she was as loyal to X as I was, she was upgraded to PT. She told me I had to be nice to Godiva because she was the one person who could decide my fate in the company.
The woman who whilst being nice to my face, has been stabbing me and X in the back. SirWankalot and I had a chat tonight, and cleared the air and he’s angry about the whole Godiva/BONPA situation, so I’ll downgrade him to SirWorkalot. You would think that Godiva, who was employed by X, would have a little more loyalty. PT found all this out because she went out to lunch with BONPA and Godiva on friday and discovered to her horror, that I have been painted a villain, that Godiva has revealed much to BONPA and that BONPA doesn’t have an original thought in her head.
Far out, the sooner I get out of this cesspit the better off i’ll be.
M really irritated me last night. I needed to talk and get thoughts sorted in my hair and he wasn’t interested. “i am too tired, it’s too late, meet the press is on” So I replied, “oh so that’s ok.. I’ll just schedule my crisis for more convenient times” *snarl* P was on so I talked to him about it and felt alot better. Thank You P.
