Training and weird dreams
I know alot about home phones, since my work does the whole home phone thing, but it’s kinda scary because their training material is a little lacking in da info. I’ve done up a flow chart for what happens when a customer calls and wants a new home phone added etc, or to become a home phone customer. I am going to flow chart it and then get feedback for it. The ATL training me said she’d be interested in a copy and maybe use it for training the next lot of homephonies.
I ended up doing an external relocation request today! How cool is that? I can move your home phone service to another house! Muahahahahaha
I had a weird dream last night. I dreamt that I forgot how to kiss. Not sure how that works, but it wasn’t that good. I have to figure out the meaning of that dream. Does anyone have any suggestions? Not lewd or crude please :P~
