I guess we can safely say that now I am learning what my stomach feels like, and why I don’t eat as much as I need to, actually seeing I have left over food each week when I shouldn’t be having leftover food since I plan it so carefully. As a result, I am tired. On the plus side, I am cutting down on my coffee, and increased my drinking water intake.
Count down to my holidays: 18 days to no work day.

Sounds like food is killing you. Give it up forever, the evil thing that it is. Actually it sounds like coffee really doesn’t agree with you. Where are you going for hols?

Mmmmmmmm coffee.
Sounds like IBS.
My friend had to go off coffee, carbonated drinks and diary products.
He drinked coffee like you and I used to drink coffee.
He’s found after giving it all up for 2 months, that he can drink coffee occasionally and its more the diary that sets him off.
Its not fun getting older. Things start not working as well.
Who would have thunk i would become caffeine sensitive!!!
We might have to change it to decaf coffee!!
