Jaywalking Across Life

what can get women into trouble?

I have known for a long time, that women often get into things they can’t get out from by being curious. most of us are curious creatures but cautious. However at times we may throw caution to the wind and think, pfft, it’s just once, what is it going to do? and then we get caught on a sticky web we are unable to extract ourselves from without getting hurt.

When do these moments occur? When we meet boys that we know our mothers and fathers wouldn’t like? When we sense some excitement and adventure leads that way when confronted with choices?.. Could I classify my Ex as one of these choices? Not really, but it’s interesting to observe the impact he has had on my life after 11 years together, and now that I am single and in my 30s.

I find I am curious.  I am allowing myself to jaywalk across life. All I need to do is ensure that I don’t get too curious. But I am female.. it’s in my nature so we’ll see what happens.

ACW: I think it’s very apt for what I am doing with my life right now.
