Idiots!
I have grown to love that word, a new batch of newbies at work uses that often, and I will adapt it to the person who sent in a phone claiming that the screen was cracked, but was a little more damaged than that.
So this is the phone below, looking a little worse for wear with some slight damage.. yeah right.
Who on earth would return a phone in this condition, and expect to get another phone free of charge? They must be dumb. They will have to pay for the cost of that phone now.
