I did not get the job I applied for.
Apparently when the next TL position comes up, that will probably be offered to me. A consolation prize I guess. I am trying not to feel bitter and twisted, but I guess you could say I am bitterly disappointed.
Update on current life at the moment.. I had a job interview for a TL role at work, I will find out tomorrow (this morning) how I went.
