Idiot!
I had to get up early so that the maintenance man could fix my front door, both screen and main door. Hinges were rusty, and he couldn’t remove some screws.. they don’t make my kind of door hinges anymore, so he had to buy new ones.
Then the electrician turned up to fix my broken oven. Well it wasn’t broken.. apparently it has a “feature ” where if the time is not set on the clock, the oven won’t work. Boy did I blush when I found that out. I rang my property manager and she laughed her ass off at me and then asked me what brand of oven it was. It’s a WHIRLPOOL! Make sure you troubleshoot your oven first before calling an electrician.
The maintenance man commented that there was an asshole that lived in the flats, who refused to cooperate with any body corporate issues to do with maintenance. That would be the asshole who refused to get his balcony resealed who lived above me. Thanks fucker, because of you, I am the only one in the complex that has a leaky ceiling and I don’t even LIVE on the top floor. Eventually it will be fixed… one day..
