   Smile, and do the job better than the guy/gal who got it. They know you can do it if they are asking you to sub. Just project confidence and a positive outlook.

   Been, there, done that and trod on the smoking corpses of my enemies. Now i spend as much time looking over my shoulder as I spend trying to advance

   Getting passed over blows, but this is another opportunity to shine.. ..take it.
