Taking Charge!!
So now I am a boss of some others.. I have crawled up the corporate ladder another step and trying frantically to get the team sorted. The new manager will be coming in, and rather have no answers for him, since I am new, I will be able to show that for some of the people I have inherited, things are in place. To my way of thinking, being new is not really an excuse I would be able to use and look professional.
It certainly is going to be very interesting at work for the next few weeks when the new manager is around and probably establishing who is worth keeping in the CSM group. Hopefully, he won’t reverse any decisions made over the last few weeks with regards to staffing. I do know he is checking everyone’s stats, which I am a little concerned about. That being said, if I put my best foot forward, nothing untoward should happen.

From previous experience, I can tell you the best method of organizing your time is doughnuts alternated with punching. It keeps them on their toes.
